Magnífico hotel con habitaciones, suites y estudios amplios y luminosos y una piscina con tumbonas
Este magnífico hotel, que sigue formando parte del concepto chill-out de Magaluf, tiene vistas a un pequeño islote. La directora francesa y su equipo son muy atentos; las habitaciones, suites y estudios son luminosos, espaciosos y están excelentemente cuidados; y todas las mañanas se sirve un desayuno buffet o a la carta. La zona de la piscina, con sus cómodas tumbonas, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse al son de la animada música lounge. Todas las semanas se organizan fiestas temáticas con DJ en la piscina.

When we informed the receptionist, he gave us a big can of insecticide and told us to spray it even though we had two young kids including a newborn with us. The AC was also not working so it was hot and muggy in the room.
The last straw was when we found a large cockroach crawling in our apartment. We requested the room to be cleaned thoroughly and when we asked if they were able to get the cockroach, the receptionist simply answered “the cleaners just clean”. When we got back to the room, we found the cockroach in the bathroom.
At this point, we decided to move hotels and asked for a refund of the two remaining nights. The receptionist refused and told us to deal with it through Booking. We’ve contacted them multiple times via Booking and as of Oct 25, 2023, they have been unresponsive for 10 days.
We are still staying there, but god we are so in love with this hotel, the view, but especially the staff !
They are so so so kind and ready to help you in any way they can ! It can be for a car rent or even for activities ! A special thanks to Vladimir, Director Marie and the man at the swimming pool ( my kids loved him) ! Breakfast was good, very sad that there is no dinner otherwise everything else was perfect ! Very safe hotel with the camera everywhere ! It was a great stay and we will come back here for sure !
