Avec mon conjoint nous avons décider de faire un week-end en amoureux sans enfant. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçu des prestations de l’hôtel. La piscine était vraiment trop froide que nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre était froide nous n’avons même pas pu la réchauffer cela était désagréable. Seul le petit déjeuner était de qualité mais dommage qu’il n’y avait pas énormément de choix. Dommage pour le restaurant qui était fermer pour congé annuel. Nous ne reviendront pas malheureusement.

Ras de particulier, sauf pour le repas du soir en demi-pension, la même proposition 4 jours de suite ! Heureusement un arrangement à pu être trouvé après avoir réclamé, et les changements qui devaient être facturés 8 euros ! non merci mais pas pour moi.

L’albergo è molto accogliente, la cura e la passione si notano ovunque dai fiori freschi sopra i tavoli all’ottima colazione, dalla gentilezza di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti le bevande alla discreta cortesia dello staff. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole

Hôtel superbe, prestations de qualité . Petit bémol toutefois sur le parcours boueux en chaussons pour se rendre au massage et croissants rassis au petit déjeuner . Très bel accueil et masseuses exceptionnelles .

Agréable séjour, hôtel spa sympathique. Line de la réception est très sympa par contre sa collègue un peu fainéante, obligé de l à chercher au bout de 20 min pour qu elle veuille bien nous chercher à boire étant dans le salon depuis 20 min. Si non tout bien, nous n avons malheureusement pas goûter au resto

The hotel room 304 was a bit old, that means not very well maintained and had an strange smell. The spa is also quite small and not well maintained (the wood of the sauna is very old). The breakfast was ok but a lot of food was missing and it took some time to refill it. The dinner was excellent.

The best 3 star hotel that I’ve stayed in so far. Friendly and efficient staff, and many extra’s that one wouldn’t expect from a 3 star hotel. If I’m ever in the neighbourhood of Basel again, I would certainly go back.

Très agréable séjour à l’hôtel Jenny. Je recommande, piscine spa accessible toute la journée, salle de fitness aussi. Personnel vraiment très accueillant et arrangeant c’est vraiment appréciable.
