Breakfast was good.
Room was cheap but a little small, everything in the room worked.
Towels are life expired, most had holes in them.
One of the lifts was broken when I arrived. 4 days later, it was still broken.
Location is a bit further from the centre than I thought, fortunately the buses are good.

The hotel is opposite a small sandy cove, and the promenade. But it's also above a main road, although in September it wasn't too noisy. The roof pool has good views. There are lots of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, and a bus stop right outside the hotel, that can take you to many places. Breakfasts were averagely good, with a full English/Irish breakfast as well as continental breakfasts. We had a studio room that was large (approx 30 x 20 foot) and a spacious bathroom.

We had a sea view self catering suite overlooking the bay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a safe in the room provided with no extra cost which was a bonus as most hotels charge extra for this. This hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to other areas via bus or on foot. There are a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful despite the central location. Highly recommended. We will be coming back again very soon!!

Hotel se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji za setnju, a dobro je povezan i gradskim prevozom. Platili smo sobu sa pogledom na more. Sobe su opremljene osnovnim namestajem, za par dana boravka je funkcionalno. Krevet je los - rupa na duseku, nije prijatno spavati. Dorucak korektan, ali uvek isti.

For the price what you paying you getting amazing location, service and rooms.

Dieses Hotel besteht aus zwei Hotels, einem modernen und einem alten. Mein Zimmer im alten Teil war sehr eng und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Aussicht, das Frühstück selbst ist aber sehr phantasielos. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber fantastisch.

The location of the hotel can't be fault, although they could make sign direction a bit better with the entry. It's behind Costa coffee bar. We stood right beside the hotel, they we couldn't find our way in we even ask the local people they did try to help but hasn't got a clue

Super lokalizacja. Piękny widok z okna. Pokój mały ale wystarczający. Duże wygodne łóżka. Łazienka. Tv. Sejf. Stolik. Ręczniki i kosmetyki wymiana codziennie. Obfite śniadania w formie bufetu. Tylko śniadania w tym hotelu. Basen na dachu. Nieduży.

Very small twice room, event noncomfortable for one person. People on receptiondesk could be more polite.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز في وسط المدينة قريب من الشاطي وجميع الخدمات ، والنظافة جيدة ، معاملة الموظفين حسنة ، وسعره مناسب مقارنة بأسعار الفنادق الثانية بنفس المستوى ،
ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات من حيث الاهمال في الصيانة والمراتب كانت مزعجة في الغرفة ولايوجد فرش كأنه شاليه علي البحر والحمام ضيق جداً ،

Can't complain, first holiday in Malta for twenty years, hotel room was just the right size for us with a good seaview as requested, beds sheets and towels changed every day, bins emptied. The hotel sits in a very busy and noisy part of Malta.

It's a well placed hotel. It's only 3⭐️it does what you need it to do..
Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean. The roof top pool has a wonderful view across the bay.
Transport links are easy, and it's close to lots of amenities.

Rooms a little small, but comfortable. Amazing pizza restaurant down below. The staff is outstanding.

Hôtel trois étoiles qui ne les vaut pas. Les chambres sont correctes mais la literie fait peur. Le lit double est composé de 2 matelas lit simple avec un sur matelas qui dépasse du lit et qui est taché. Ça ne donne vraiment pas envie de dormir dans le lit. Nous avons également eu la visite d'un cafard.

La salle de bain est correcte.

La piscine est loin d'être conforme aux photos. Attention sur le site elle est bien mise en valeur alors qu'en réalité elle est complètement basique et assez petite. Ceci dit la vue est assez sympa.

Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon. Tout le sucré est industriel. Le salé est passable (quand on ne retrouve pas des coquilles d'œufs dans les œufs brouillés)

Nous ne sommes pourtant pas difficiles mais cet hôtel est équivalent aux hôtels 1 étoile.

Camere pulite.. ottima la scelte della colazione posizione eccellente proprio sul mare e vicinissimo a tutti i servizi.
Consiglio di specificare al momento della prenotazione camera con balcone????

Perfect Location. Wonderful view on St.Julians Bay. Rooms small but clean and functional. Roof top pool and bar with a fantastic view. Price-performance ratio excellent.

Rezerv un studio, primesc o cameră normală. Ce poate fi mai neplăcut la ora 4 dimineața, decât ridicatul din umeri neputincios al receptionistului ?

The hotel is in a Brilliant location and is close to shops and public transport. Foyer was bright and clean.

I was disappointed by the some of the service in the hotel and encountered a few problems during the stay. Firstly, our key didn't work for our room. I understand this is very common but the staff at reception though friendly, didn't apologise when I had to go back. When we got in our room, we were given two single beds pushed together but made up as two single beds, not a double. The safe door was hanging off and didn't work so we had to get maintenance to fix it. He was really friendly and fixed it after a few trips and 15 minutes.

The white plastic furniture on the balcony was dirty and stained. The floor of the balcony wasn't that clean either. Though it was nice to see the sea even with an inland view.

After settling in and unpacking, I had a shower with the bathroom door open and my husband sat on the balcony. During my shower, a random male guest walked into the bathroom , even though I shouted at him. It turned out he was trying to get into the wrong room and one of the cleaners let him in. I was terrified and they really weren't empathetic though someone did come explain how it happened. This put a dampner on my stay and I felt uneasy and that I would have the embarrassment of seeing the man who had seen me in the shower.

We were given a piece of card with our room number that your key card can fits into. We were handed this at check in and not told anything else about it. When we went to breakfast the next day, we are asked for the card. I had thrown it away as I was not explained its purpose. We had to go back to reception to get another card.

The breakfast itself was tasty and cooked with care and the staff around the restaurant were busy and friendly.You get a good view of the sea being on the sixth floor.

The room was a good size and clean, though I had to pull the bed out to find an earring and it had dust, hair and mints underneath it. It had not been pulled out for a while. The bed was comfortable and the duvet covers were soft and cool. Shower was large and powerful. The furniture in the room was dated but all working and not scratched or damaged. Air conditioning worked well. Shower, large enough for two and powerful.

The rooftop pool, bar area was an attractive area and served good views of the bay.

It is a no frills hotel but the food tasted good and always seemed fresh. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious and clean with white cotton linen and a decent shower. Not an awful stay but the service really let it down and staff letting people into my room without checking who they were, really is unforgivable and they didn't seem to understand the seriousness of my complaint and handled it casually. I'm sure my experience won't happen to everyone but I wouldn't stay there again.

Överlag är vi ganska nöjda med vår vistelse. God frukost, bra läge och fin takterass med pool. Dock var poolen iskall så det gick knappt bada. Inomhuspoolen var avstängd. Sängarna är hårda. Rummen är väldigt lyhörda men det störde oss inte så mycket. De stängde av ACn i mitten av veckan och satte igång den igen precis innan utcheckning vilket drar ner betyget rejält.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien et correct.
Juste quelques soucis avec la TV qui sacade en permanence et le frigo un peu petit.
Le petit déjeuner est bien, sucré sallé.

Hotel is in an excellent location, overlooking the bay over towards St Julian. Bus stop outside to take you all around Malta but excellent restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and sun deck made this a 10/10 location.

Sliema: relaxte stad met prachtige straatjes en steegjes, dit geldt eigenlijk voor geheel Malta.

Plaza Regency Hotel: een heel goed 3 sterren hotel, schone kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Het ontbijt was elke dag een feestje!

Great views to St Julian's Bay. Next to various sea front restaurants and beaches. The hotel has an amazing rooftop swimming pool and bar with panoramic views of the bay. Definitely ask for a superior room with views, you will not regret it...

Small problem with sink. I emailed and they fixed it within an hour.
Location great for all amenities and local facilities.

Personal amabil,camere mari și curate. Micul dejun se servește la etajul 6,o priveliște frumoasă asupra golfului Spinolla. Piscina pe acoperiș. A fost superb totul.

Struttura molto accogliente posizionata lungo il litorale che collega San Julián a Sliema. Camera confortevole e pulita, da consigliare ????

Właśnie kończymy 5dniowy pobyt na Malcie w hotelu Plaza Regency. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, śniadania monotonne, aczkolwiek spokojnie można się nasycić. Pokoje wystarczające, czyste, szkoda, że bez lodówki. Bardzo fajny serwis, basen na dachu sztos! Miły przerywnik w zwiedzaniu, widok z dachu super. Dla wszystkich wybierających się tutaj szczerze polecam do pokoju z widokiem na morze. Te bez widoku są fatalnie usytuowane. W bocznej ciemnej uliczce z sąsiadem na przeciwko na wyciągnięcie ręki.
Ogólnie jak ktoś nie wymaga Ritza w 3gwiazdkowym hotelu i nastawia się na wiedzanie, na pewno będzie zadowolony.
