Experiência assustadora. Hotel caro para que oferece. O café da manha foi horripilante . Contrai uma intoxicação alimentar que estragou praticamente 4 dias de viagem.
A gerencia obviamente nega, mas eles sabem que os métodos de conservação/ temperatura e higiene dos produtos não estavam ok

Great location in the heart of Lisbon with big spacious rooms, especially traveling with our 2 kids. Some of the friendliest staff you'll meet with them leaving us and our kids "gifts" in our room every day. They even gave us a free room upgrade without us asking for it. Will absolutely stay there again the next time we're in Lisbon.

My Son & I have just returned to Scotland from a 4 day stay at the Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. We have stayed in many hotels round the world, this Hotel is right up there with the best!.

Location : Totally perfect in the Old town, 2 mins walk from the Rossio Metro & the square where the Bus tours leave from. 4 Mins walk to the large square by the River. There are dozens of restaurants in and around the Hotel to suit all tastes.

Hotel & Staff : The hotel is modern inside, fantastic restaurant & bar, with outside street seating too!. Breakfast was superb with a huge choice of fruit, cold meats, bakery, lovely bread & rolls, croissants, bacon, sausages, Eggs. Fresh Juices & excellent coffee. Dualit Tosters!. Our room was on the 1st floor, huge twin room, floor to ceiling windows which opened like doors with wonderful views to the street, which we loved. Enormous bathroom with a brilliant shower.

Great Air Con. Most comfortable mattress / beds ever!. Free mini bar with water, coke, beer, OJ. This is re stocked every day!. Tonnes of wardrobe space & shelves, drawers. Huge TV on the wall with multiple channels & UK channels. Useful room safe, easy to use.

In reception, they have complimentary fruits / pastries, fruit water for guests every day, a really nice touch. Very quick lift to the ground floor.

Staff : Again, the most professional / friendly staff i've seen in many years in any hotel. We were early for the 3pm checkin ( (arrived at 12pm ). We could leave our bags securely at reception. When we returned after lunch at 1pm, the Receptionist told us our room was ready 2 hours early and they have very kindly taken our bags to our room!. Excellent service. Every member of staff from Reception / Bar & Restaurant staff & Housekeeping made our stay very enjoyable. Always polite, very helpful, smiling & professional in every way. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Santa Justa & their wonderful Staff, they all made our stay a real pleasure!. I cant wait to go back!. Many thanks again from two Happy Scots!!.

Ps. The owners of this hotel need to keep all those great staff, so a pay rise is in order!!.

Buen lugar, buena atención mejoraría el sentido de tener más enchufes en las habitaciones, pero creo que es complicado de conseguir.

Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa is one of the best hotels iv been hosted in Europe!!!
Im here for one week with my wife and 6 months daughter (with stroller)
The location is amazing (150 meters from Rossio square) close to the metro and in the middle of baixa neighborhood.
The rooms are really big compared to any hotel in the city center of Europe capital.
The room is clean and the staff is super friendly.

Very well located hotel - in the heart ❤️ of the city. The rooms are big and spacious and also very warm despite of a bit colder temperature outside. They provide wonderfully smelling cosmetics and everything that 5 ⭐️ hotels provide. The surroundings are amazing with many good restaurants and tourist attractions.

Except the room was slightly smaller than I have expected, everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed the hotel location, kind staff, wonderful breakfast and anything else. I appreciate kind reception that allowed us for a early check-in after long flight. We will definitely stay again in the same hotel. Thanks. Free minibar with soft drinks in the room and complementary food and drink at the reception was absolutely a big plus.

Super bien placé dans le centre historique de Lisbonne, le personnel et vraiment très sympathique !
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top, il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix et le restaurant est très bien.

Hotel en pleno centro de Lisboa. El desayuno excelente. Personal muy amable. La habitación perfecta con vistas a la calle. Muy recomendable.

Das Standardhotel ist eher mit 2-3 Sternen zu bewerten. Leider ist es sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig. In unserem Zimmer wurde der Fußboden schon länger nicht geputzt! Selbst eine Salamischeibe auf dem Boden würde übersehen. Das Frühstück ist Standard.

Très belle expérience, super accueil et service. Un grand merci à la seule jeune femme présente qui a organisé notre expérience et a fait en sorte que ce moment soit réussi. Les plats sont excellents, les vins également pour un prix très raisonnable. Je conseille vivement.

Bon accueil, personnel souriant et polyglotte. Carte simple et efficace. Cuisine du monde, soignée avec un véritable effort de présentation. Ambiance agréable et propreté irréprochable. Rapport qualité prix très correct.
Petit bémol sur le temps de service, mais nous y sommes venus un samedi soir, il y avait foule.
En conclusion, adresse à retenir.

Un merveilleux dîner dans ce restaurant qui joue sur l’originalité dans sa carte, et une belle maîtrise dans la réalisation, ce qui donne un résultat épatant.
Le service est par ailleurs très attentif, et même chaleureux grâce à la rayonnante Tania.
Une mention spéciale pour l’entrée « Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato » (palourdes avec ail et citron), une spécialité délicieuse de Lisbonne qu’on ne retrouve pas partout..
