Se siente cálido como una casa en Lisboa. Es un agradable edificio, antiguo como la Baixa,pero recomendable para las personas q quieren ir caminando a casi todos los lugares de interés. Me sentí como en mi casa. Subiendo 3 pisos porque el elevador estaba roto. Sin embargo , la atención de sus empleados y gerente son excelentes. Dejo una estrella porque todavía necesitan esforzarse un poco más para ganarla, sobre todo los q no son empleados de recepción , ni el gerente, no dieron los buenos días, good morning , bona sera , bon día, con solo 2 palabras ya tenían.Recomiendo, no obstante, este hotel 100 por ciento. Solo vean los detalles , siempre podemos mejorar.

Lage zwar gut, aber wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem mini Fenster bekommen mit einer Aussicht auf den Innenhof. Der Innenhof hat nach frittiertem gestunken, weshalb wir auch das Fenster garnicht öffnen konnten. Dadurch kaum Licht vorhanden. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war nicht hilfsbereit. Aufzug funktionierte ausgerechnet nicht, weshalb wir bis in den 4. Stock die Koffer tragen mussten. Eigentlich war der Aufzug der Hauptgrund für die Auswahl des Hotels. Leider gute Lage, aber ansonsten wenig positives zu berichten. Zimmer sind über die Jahre sehr heruntergekommen und haben eine Renovierung nötig. Garnicht wie auf den bildern.

First room we were shown to was terrible. Small no window .
So we paid extra for an upgrade.
And it was lovely. But the lift broke so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs... no compensation for the inconvenience

Our stay was excellent and the person who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. I wish I could have gotten his name. The room is very modern and clean, linens and towels were comfortable, and location is very central to anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Lisbon especially as a first timer. Most things are walkable from this hotel. We had a trip around a few countries in Europe and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. Great room for the price. Temperature inside the room is controllable, the room is quite spacious by European standards, has a lovely window, and the shower is spacious and works superbly well.

No tiene ningún pero. Ubicación perfecta, personal encantador y habitación que podría ser de un hotel de 4*.

Basic hotel really. You have to order your breakfast the night before.

The bathroom fan wasn't working properly.

The bed was comfy. The location was central. The staff were friendly and helpful. 24hr reception.

They were digging up Rua da Prata when we were staying there, so we had to walk the long way round the fet to the central part of Lisbon.

I would recommend this hotel for the location.
