Piękna lokalizacja, super widok na rzekę,bardzo blisko wszędzie.Można do wszystkich atrakcji dojść na pieszo, okolica spokojna, śniadania są bardzo dobre, przytulne, obsługa świetna, bardzo miła i pomocna. Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze, jestem zadowolona, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Hôtel exceptionnel.
Je remercie tout le personnel de cet hôtel qui a été d'une grande gentillesse ainsi que de bons conseils pour nos visites.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent.
Le lit super confortable et la chambre était super propre.
L'emplacement était au top du top ????.
C'était un vrai bonheur de séjourner dans ce magnifique hôtel.

Μείναμε 4 βράδια, η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, δίπλα σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και κοντά στο μετρό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά, το πρωινό πολύ καλό και με τοπικά προϊόντα. Το highlight ήταν το πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό!!

Stayed here 4 nights in room 101, king size bed with two little river view “balconies” (mainly a door that opens with a railing — see video). Very happy with our choice. Very pleasant staff, all smiling and helpful. Great value. Rooms new and clean. IKEA-like furniture. In room safety box and tiny fridge. Great location 5 minutes walk to Terreiro do Paco metro train / subway station and ferry dock. Short walk to many sights. Nice tile artwork here and there. Modern conveniences with a bit of local charm. Everything worked, great shower with ample hot water heated in your own water heater. Quiet at night, some little sounds like water heater working away but nothing disturbing. Nice breakfast, no hot items other than coffee and toast you make. But great pastries, bread, fruit, cheese, cereal, etc. Very generous with free bottled water and coffee at front desk, when we checked out the gentleman from the hotel made us coffee. There’s nothing not to love here. We’d come back here next time we ate in Lisbon.

Heel goed hotel en vriendelijk,.. ontbijt was heerlijk met alles vers aan broodje,.. sapjes, koffie etc,.. en lekker zoetigheden..als er iets op was, werd het netjes bijgevuld.
Personeel vriendelijk.. alleen ben ik zelf als ik handdoeken gebruik dat ik ze netjes weer ophalen om te drogen,.. maar dan mis je echt dat je Schone handdoeken krijg,..je moet ze echt op de grond leggen om nieuwe te krijgen.
Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam..zo kwam onze taxi op tijd bij het hotel bij het weer weggaan..zal het erg aanbevelen.

This hotel is Lovely, the staff make it 5 star!! The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was filling with croissants, pasteis, fresh fruit and vegetables. It was a great start each day! They also provide free water and coffee 24 hours a day. Margarida and Moreira were so helpful setting up tours and giving us tips. Tanya and Maya kept the breakfast buffet area so clean and stocked. Marcia was a delight each evening helping us with our room temperature and drinks. She even found me a snack one night after all the restaurants were closed. We arrived early the first day and our room wasn't ready. They graciously stored our luggage and when we came back, the luggage was already in our room!! Also on the last day, Moreira advised the breakfast crew to open early so we could have breakfast before our flight!! Again, customer service is what makes this hotel!! It is located in the Alfama district....close to several restaurants, shopping, metro, etc. We walked Everywhere and used Bolt, Uber, and Tuk tuk when it was too far away. Lisbon is beautiful, and Hotel Riverside made our first time so Amazing!! Obrigada Moreira, Margarida, Marcia, Tania and Maya!! Til we meet again!!

Maravilloso hotel nuevo, mirando al Tajo. Buen desayuno aunque de salado no demasiado. Amueblado en blanco, minimalista y el baño precioso con decoración de azulejos portugueses.

11月末に家族で1週間お世話になりました。
メトロの駅から徒歩3分程度、ベレン行きのバス停もホテルの目の前、コルメシオ広場や大聖堂も徒歩圏内でとても立地が良いです。

スタンダードのお部屋をホテルのサイトで直接予約しましたが、シーズンオフだったお陰か広めの部屋を用意してくださいました。
設備も新しくエレベーターもあるので、子供連れには助かりました。重いスーツケースがある場合はとても便利だと思います。

このホテルの魅力は何と言っても素晴らしいスタッフです！観光に必要な情報を提供してくれるのはもちろん、息子にも優しく対応してくれました。またリズボンに行く機会があれば是非また利用したいです！ありがとうございました????

Ein nettes und gemütliches Hotel in einer sehr schönen Lage.Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Busse und Metro ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick, wunderschön.
Frühstück ist einfach,aber in Ordnung. Service ist freundlich.

Owners and managers are the best hosts here. Don't go anywhere else! Plus, there is an azulejos workshop in house by one of the owners. Location is great, plenty of buses right in front of the hotel. Hotel is at water level so you don't have to walk upward on those steepy hills to come back to your room at night. Breakfast was delicious, with warm bread and croissants coming out of the kitchen every few minutes. Overall, it was a warm and wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Thank you for the good times Marcia, Josefa, and her husband!

Excellent place to stay. Nice and fresh rooms. There are several restaurants nearby as well as metro stop and sightseeing. Staff is wonderful and extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I'm glad to have found this hotel and will make it point to stay here again.

Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfait ! Le rapport qualité / prix est top. L'hôtel est très bien situé a coté de tout les transports en commun, au pieds du quartier historique. Vous pouvez venir de l'aéroport en métro ( comptez 35 mins) Tout est faisable a pieds et de nombreux restaurants sont a proximité de l'hotel. Pour le départ, ils peuvent vous garder les valises dans une salle sécurisée.
Le personnel est adorable, les chambres propres et grandes.
La salle de bain est très jolie ( seuls les joins de la douche seraient à revoir). L'hotel est très calme pour un hotel de centre ville.
Pour nous, la chose a améliorer ( il en faut bien une... =)) est le petit déjeuner. Seules les viennoiseries sont bonnes. La charcuterie et le fromage sont de basses qualités, tout comme les jus de fruits quel dommage ! Une confiture maison ou de qualité, un pain complet ( au lieu des pains de mie) , une charcuterie avec fromage artisanaux et une omelette feraient toute la différences. Je pense aussi que la salle du petit déjeuner serait a redécorer car un peu froide.
Bref, super séjour dans cet hotel !

Un bel hôtel refait à neuf dans le vieux quartier d'Alfama, très bien situé au bord du Tage et à proximité des bus et métro.
idéal pour visiter Lisbonne à pied. Le personnel est chaleureux et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, équipées d'un frigo et d'un coffre fort. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, beau choix de viennoiseries.
