Es en esta gran casa de 600 m² en el barrio de la medersa Ben Youssef donde se le dará una cálida bienvenida para una estancia de lo más agradable. Estructurado alrededor de una hermosa fuente, el patio invita a holgazanear entre naranjos, palmeras y plantas aromáticas. Las habitaciones, todas con aire acondicionado, son sobrias y están bien decoradas. Hay muchas zonas comunes, salones, hammam y terrazas con múltiples usos. La recepción y el servicio son discretos, una dirección que complacerá a los viajeros que aprecian la sobriedad, difícil de ser decepcionado.

Lovely place where you would think of ancient times people living in such breathtaking views and moments. Staff Mohammed and Othman are very awesome and welcoming as they helped us settle all our items down. The location is just 30 meter to Ben Yousif School, Marrakech Museum, and Grand Mosque.

Beautiful authentic riad with clean nice rooms and most of all - with the BEST hospitality!!!
Muhammad, the supervisor, made our stay at the Riad, and basically in Marrakech in general, just perfect!

Such a lovely beautiful Riad with amazing hospitality!! We had a lovely stay at Talaa 12, Muhammad was amazing and took great care of us, to make sure we will have the best stay. The Riad is situated in a wonderful central location, close to all main attractions, but once in the Riad, it’s quiet and tranquil. The dinner and breakfast were great, they prepared for us also vegan options and accommodated our dietary needs. Such a wonderful place!!! Highly recommended!
