Un hôtel formidable plein de Bruges Vibes :) . on s'est sentit gâté par un excellent petit déjeuner [sucré /salé], le café aussi est très bon . les réceptionnistes et les serveurs sont bienveillants . un + pour la réceptionniste qui nous a orienté vers le shutlle gratuit à brugges

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et avec du choix. L'hôtel est bien situé. Bémol pour la chambre qui sentait un peu le renfermé à notre arrivée.

Habitaciones muy antiguas, con humedad aunque bastante amplias para cuatro personas. El baño igual, feo y anticuado. El personal, excelente.

Reasonably priced hotel within a few minutes walk of the main square. Beds are a bit soft and we had no hot water one morning. Also gotta be careful with the stairs, especially if you've enjoyed a few of the local beers. Decent breakfast and nice place to stay.

Excelente, las chicas de la recepción muy amables, el hotel es algo antiguo pero muy bien cuidado y limpio. Desayuno variado y rico, y la ubicación espectacular. Tienen un cuarto donde podes dejar tus valijas una vez que haces el check out, para seguir paseando

Locatie super. Ontbijt heel lekker, pannenkoeken, zelfs sojamelk… Service was niet zo warm als verwacht en voornamelijk Engelstalig.

Perfekt gelegen für die Altstadterkundung. Einige Zimmer benötigen mal dringend eine Auffrischung. Schimmel im Bad und den Wänden.

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Parkplatz kann man anmieten, ca. 150 Meter entfernt und gesichert. 20€ am Tag.

Emplacement parfait, tout peut se faire à pied. Chambre bien. Juste bémol avec l'alarme de feu qui a sonné trois fois en une journée, dont une en pleine nuit et on a pas eu d'explication dû a ce problème, même au check-out personne nous a donné attention.

Prima 4 persoons familiekamer. Badkamer is vernieuwd en modern, wel jammer dat het badkamerraam zeer beschimmeld was. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar spreken geen Nederlands. Wanneer je zelf geen Engels spreekt wordt het toch ingewikkeld. Parkeerplaatsen zijn zeer slecht. Een stel oude, krappe garageboxen waar een beetje auto amper in past. Parkeren kun je dus beter in een van de parkeergarages in de buurt doen.

Super bien calidad precio, fuimos 4 chicas y nos dieron una habitación muy chula, el desayuno variedad y bueno, los trabajadores todos muy simpáticos, nos llevaron una infusión a la habitación para cuando llegáramos de visitar brujas nos la tomáramos calentita, y la ubicación excelente, repetiría sin duda!

No se guíen por las fotos! No son como las muestran. El altillo si se los quieren dar no lo tomen. Además de que nada funciona, ni el wifi, ni el secador de pelo.

Отличный отель. Выше всяких похвал. Белье,полотенца с вышивкой черного лебедя.Завтрак отличный. Центр. Все рядом. Но - тишина. Есть сауна и джакузи.

They asked me to verify the credit card through an external link In THE BOOKING CHAT. I have all the screenshots.

After doing this, the bank notified me that someone tried to do an strange transaction without verification and they canceled my card due to fraud.

Of course I cancelled everything with you people and I reported you with booking.
BE CAREFUL!!
