Terrible service. Unresponsive to requests. Rude staff working at Kalahari. Some rooms stink. Some parts of the hotel are abandoned. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Was very very disappointed with the dish I ordered. The meaty platter for 2 was so dry, unbearable to eat, and the chocolate cake was hardrock, had to throw it away. ????

I'm disappointed for 5 stars with roaches. No wardrobe, showers are broken and worst of all the beds are old, you can feel the springs

Having been to this restaurant and been satisfied with the service before, its really disappointing to have had such terrible service today. We waited for our food for almost an hour. People in the next two tables sat after us but, ate and left before us and they happened to be white, make of that what you will. So for any person that asks i will not recommend the restaurant, the food was good but i will not be returning.

Beautiful surroundings. Good service assistants. Poor menu. Most of our requests were not available although the items were listed on the menu. A real disappointment!
