Ei saa kurta, eemalt vaadates muidugi ilusam kui lähedalt aga see on juba kontinendile omane ja ei maksa end väga häirida lasta. Konditsioneerid toimivad, voodid mugavad ja puhtad, hommikusöök võiks olla ehk rikkalikum, lihakraamist ainult 1 eriti vilets viiner valikus. Elektrikatkestuse ajal müriseb suur generaator õues. Plekkkatusel võivad pärdikud päris kõva müra tekitada varahommikul.

Cute and beautiful hotel! Location is very good, away from noisy streets but not far from Arusha center. Hotel has a small pool, very nice to cool yourself down in a warm day! Breakfast is average but hotel restaurant is a good place for dinner! Highly suggested!

第一次來到坦尚尼亞，第一次住的飯店，這裡整個環境氛圍非常好，可說是非常豪華的設備，對於房間的整齊與乾淨，還有地板的光亮讓人驚訝，服務人員的態度都非常好，隨時保持著笑容，所提的問題也都能馬上幫忙與處理，這裡配備有游泳池，晚餐的地方兼具的酒吧的功能，還有非常棒的歌手在這裡主唱，因為整體氛圍實在太棒了，我們點了名為吉利馬扎羅的啤酒，好喝順口，這裡的餐點個人首推牛排，牛排口味相當的棒，超乎我們的想像

雖然在這裡只住了短短的一天，但感受真的相當不錯，如果是單純休假，這邊看到許多彬彬有禮的法國人，他們兩個老夫妻在這裡渡假，吃個飯看個書休息一下，完全沉浸在這空間裡，個人覺得非常喜歡，或許未來有機會我也會這樣做吧

由於我們是拍攝生態為主，所以傍晚在飯店四處逛的時候，發現這裡有滿多漂亮的鳥類，甚至在園區中也有變色龍，滿足了我們的生態需求。

This hotel is just fine. We stayed here before we flew back to the states. Yep it’s in the middle of the city so it is noisy. Also be aware the shuttle to the airport JRO cost 60$ USD.

Stay were friendly and helpful. Rooms fine. Restaurant good.

Wir wussten natürlich, dass ein Hotel in Arusha nicht mit einem Hotel in Europa zu vergleichen ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, besonders das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir waren 14 Tage im Tulia.

Small & friendly with a quaint interior... & staff are friendly & supported every request... Breakfast is poor & they run out of basics including tea & coffee.... Restaurant service is slow with basic food so not good value.... Overall recommend rooms & reception staff but not food...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix; le personnel est attentif et réactif pour toute demande en particulier pour prévoir des conducteurs ou coordonner les activités. La restauration est goûteuse et fraîche. L'ambiance est vivante et tranquille

Good hotel. Great dinner and restaurant staff were so kind and patient despite some really rude customers. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Not the cleanest, but good enough. We stayed 3 nights over 2 weeks. The first night the air conditioning didn’t work. The second night everything was great. The third night we got put in a room with a leather, round bed that had a cd player and speakers in the headboard…it really made me chuckle. Overall, a great hotel…just remember you’re in the middle of Arusha and temper your expectations accordingly. 8/10

Gebucht für eine Nacht nach einer 7tägigen Safari. Im Bad sehr viel Schimmel an der Decke, daher kräftiger Punktabzug. Außerdem funktionierten bei uns mehrere Steckdosen nicht, das scheint wohl ein generelles Thema bei Hotels in Tansania zu sein. Klimaanlage chinesisch, insofern Rumraten der richtigen Tasten (womöglich hab ich die Anleitung unter den Fernbedienungen nicht gelesen...)
Service dafür sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Freundlich und sehr herzlich wie überall in Tansania.

El lugar es muy lindo. La atención está bien.
Falta más formación a su personal que no quita q fueron sumamente amables.
La habitación que nos tocó estaba relativamente bien y espaciosa , pero la cama redonda matrimonial y con una radio de auto en su espaldar no transmitía lo que debería.

Small, Friendly and ready with the derviches needed for a tríp to safari or Kilimanjaro. Anything needed, just ask. Even asked for breakfast out of timetibke, was served so that We couldgo to AirPort ready. No needed more stars or special things uf you go for one or two days.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours fin septembre au Tulia Hotel & Spa par le biais de Gate To Zion Adventure (petite agence de safari franco-tanzanienne à l’esprit familial).
Le personnel fort aimable était aux petits soins.
Les chambres proposées étaient spacieuses et propres.
Les plats proposés au restaurant et à l'espace petit-déjeuner étaient délicieux.
Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Arusha pour un safari !

The place is in the safe and calm place of Arusha,or at least we had this feeling. We spent 1 night there between our safaris and we could take a nice rest. We waited quite a long time for th e dinner,being the only customers and the stuff was very friendly. It says spa but there is no spa,probably only massages.
The rooms are little bit old,especially the bathroom but for one night is ok
